Promoters

Mr. Lalit Sarode (Director – Projects), with his Electrical Engineering background focuses on turnkey electrical projects planning, execution and implementation activities. He has served as a director - technical in his previous company since 2009 and played major role in executing large scale power transmission, substation erection and power distribution projects.

Mr. Amar Surve (Director – Marketing), Electronic engineer with over 15 years of experience in Business development, marketing and projects planning skills, plays a vital role in growing business and positioning ESPL in today’s competitive market. He has served few leading organizations in his employee career and gained extensive marketing knowledge and project implementation experience specifically into building automation, Fire Alarm systems, CCTV, Access control systems, Passive networking & Energy efficient smart lighting solutions .

Mrs. Shubhangi Sarode (Director-Legal) is our legal expert. Legal aspects are an indispensable part of a successful business environment. Mrs. Shubhangi ensures that the company is functioning as per the statutory framework. She confirms that the company has a binding, legally enforceable contract with our suppliers and customers. Which protects us against non-payment, help limit our liability to our customers and set out a clear and legally compliant policy for delivery, returns and defective items. It also help us to avoid disputes arising at a later date.

Mrs. Nita Surve (Director – Accounts & Finance), post graduate in accounts, manages accounts and financial role in our company . She has gained experience in multiple segments i.e. banking, manufacturing industries and import – export trading organizations during her employee career. systematic and comprehensive recording of a financial transactions is her main responsibility. She provides insight on cash flow patterns, inventory management, pricing, and business financing.
